Sivaji - The Boss!

Sivaji Sivaji Sivaji! This is the only topic u get to hear anywhere and everywhere! Well, am yet to watch the movie. Currently, am reading good reviews about the movie and ppl are in all praise for the star - His style, his dialogues, his screen presence!

Well, sometimes I just feel y to waste so much of hard earned money from our pocket just for a movie? If people ask me if I want a ticket for 1500, my mind would immediately start calculating the things I can do with 1500. Let go the money, it is truely understandable that if u are a die-hard fan of an actor - and if it is the super star - u just cant resist spending money to c the star rocking onscreen. But I truely detest the 'paal abishegam' for the posters of stars. I feel that all this is really absurd. He/She is not a God to be worshipped. If u like a person or if u admire a person - praise his, spread his positive, do good deeds in his name. This is not the first time we c rituals like 'paal abishegam' done to an actors poster. I feel that if an actor gets to know about such happenings he should truely not encourage the same. If a fellow indian goes about spending money on movie, milk and time for the actor - am sure he will pay heed to the few educative lines from his star.

It is not in our hands to stop all this. Actors have to educate our 'so called' friends to be more sensible. We can enjoy, we can scream, we can watch the movie, but not perform insensible acts like pouring milk over the actors poster.

We think we are not economically strong and a part of our countries population lacks food. The reason? Partially, only because of US - (not U-S, us ;-)).

Well, that was on a serious note. For now, I am looking forward to watch the movie. We got to know that tickets were avaliable at a theatre and we managed to book ticketsi. I like rajini and his style. So am keen to know about his new style in the movie. Also till date, it so happened that have not seen any trailor, song or scene from the movie. So will be going into the theatre without any clue. :-)
